Annuleringsbeleid

Alle annuleringen korter dan 24 uur voorafgaand aan de sessie zullen in rekening worden gebracht; dit geldt ook in geval van positieve COVID test of contact met positief geteste persoon, TEST op tijd! De sessies kunnen tot 24 uur van tevoren verplaatst of geannuleerd worden. Geannuleerde sessies zullen automatisch teruggezet worden onder de "mijn abonnementen" tab van de account van de klant. Voor geannuleerde los geboekte sessies kunnen klanten contact opnemen via contact@zes-maastricht.com. Prijzenplannen kunnen niet als geheel worden gecanceld. ZES behoudt zich het recht voor om de sessie bij slechts 1 deelnemer te annuleren. Client zal hier zsm van op de hoogte worden gebracht en de geannuleerde sessie kan kostenloos worden ingehaald. All cancellations shorter than 24 hours prior to the session will be charged also in case of positive COVID test or contact with positive tested people., so TEST before the 24 hours! The session can be cancelled or rescheduled up til 24 hours in advance. Canceled sessions will be put back onto the account automatically under the "my subscriptions" tab of client's online account. Clients can obtain a coupon code for canceled sessions by sending an email to: contact@zes-maastricht.com. Price Plans are non-refundable. ZES maintains the right to cancel the session in case there is only 1 participant. Participant will be informed as soon as possible and maintains the class as a credit.
